Sales Executive – International B2B Medical Instruments

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Malir, Karachi and focuses on international B2B sales of surgical and medical instruments. You will engage directly with overseas buyers, present product ranges, and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads from hospitals, clinics and distributors in international markets.
• Make outbound international sales calls, follow up consistently, and present pricing, minimum order quantities and shipping options.
• Prepare and send quotations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in medical devices, surgical instruments or healthcare supplies.
• Hands‑on experience with international calling and outbound sales.
• Strong track record of lead closing and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident phone presence.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently on‑site.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
