About the role
The Sales Executive will drive revenue by visiting markets, managing dealer relationships and building strong customer connections. This position focuses on acquiring new business, nurturing existing dealer accounts and ensuring product visibility to meet assigned sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage dealer relationships, oversee timely collections and maintain account health.
- Follow up on purchase orders and work towards achieving sales quotas.
- Ensure product displays at dealer outlets comply with company standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic market activity and sales reports.
- Monitor competitor actions and market trends, providing insights to management.
- Facilitate effective communication between dealers and internal teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in field or dealer‑based sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and customer‑focused attitude.
