Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an inbound Sales Executive to join our night‑shift team in Lahore. You will handle incoming leads, explain our tutoring services, schedule trial classes and work to convert those trials into paid enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new leads via calls, messages, WhatsApp, or email.
• Explain tutoring subjects, tutor profiles, pricing and class structure.
• Identify student or parent needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Schedule trial classes and ensure participants receive all details.
• Follow up proactively with leads that have not yet converted.
• Track trial outcomes, update records and convert trials into paid enrollments.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work night shift (9 PM – 6 AM) and rotate with day shifts.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
• Strong persuasion, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
