Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight Services

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business and revenue growth for Cargo Solution Services in the fast‑moving logistics sector. Based in Karachi, you will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver tailored air, sea and door‑to‑door freight solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
• Use CRM software to record activities, track performance and generate reports.
• Prepare sales forecasts and present insights to senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to enhance the customer experience.
• Negotiate profitable deals while safeguarding company interests.
• Identify new opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Support junior sales staff through coaching and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight or supply‑chain services.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and PKR 65,000.
• Commission of 30 % above target.
• Petrol and conveyance allowances included in the package.
