Sales Executive – Night Shift (Karachi)

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join a US‑based campaign operating from Karachi. The position works the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM) and involves outbound calling to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company products and services.
- Identify customer needs, propose suitable solutions and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the sales team and management.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
- Target‑driven mindset and a valid CNIC.
- Sales experience of up to two years is preferred, but fresh candidates are encouraged.
