Sales Executive (Part‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join STATE LIFE on a part‑time, on‑site basis in Karachi. You will introduce our diverse life‑insurance portfolio to individuals and families, helping them choose the coverage that best fits their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the Karachi Division.
• Explain the features and benefits of STATE LIFE’s insurance plans, including Whole Life, Endowment, Sadabahar, Jeevan Saathi, Nigehban, and Child Education & Marriage plans.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of prospects and client interactions.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales acumen with negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a client‑facing role.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
