Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

LahoreAce Group, a real estate marketing and sales company based in Wapda Town, Lahore, is hiring 5-8 full-time Sales Executives. As a Sales Executive you will be the first point of contact for clients, presenting real estate projects and helping buyers and investors find plots and homes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up leads by calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins
• Present projects, plot sizes, payment plans and booking procedures
• Arrange and conduct site visits and client meetings
• Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales in the CRM or sheets
• Coordinate with the marketing team on leads and campaigns
• Provide after-sales support to clients

Required profile

• Minimum intermediate or bachelor's degree (any field)
• 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Own transport is a plus
• Must be able to work from the Wapda Town office

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation in Urdu and English
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital platforms
