About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive with a focus on telemarketing to join our growing team. The role involves generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting our marketing initiatives while maintaining accurate sales records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote services and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Perform timely follow‑up calls and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update client information in CRM and sales databases.
• Assist in organizing open houses, property showings, and marketing events.
• Support website optimization efforts with SEO‑focused strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach plans and achieve targets.
• Prepare daily activity reports, call outcomes, and lead conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication or related field (high school diploma with relevant experience also considered).
• Previous experience in sales support, telemarketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
