Sales Executive – Umrah & International Tours

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote Umrah and international tour packages. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, guiding customers through the booking process, and converting leads into confirmed reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about Umrah and international tours via WhatsApp, phone, social media and other online channels.
• Understand client travel needs, budget, dates and preferences.
• Recommend suitable packages and clearly explain details such as hotels, flights, transportation, visa requirements and additional services.
• Prepare and share quotations, follow up consistently and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow‑ups and confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams after a booking is confirmed.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Intermediate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in Umrah, travel, tourism or travel‑agency sales is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, follow‑up and closing abilities.
• Professional, responsible, confident and customer‑focused attitude.
