About the role

Ezee Insure arranges health and life insurance for businesses and its employees. It is hiring Sales Interns to learn how B2B sales works, from finding the right companies to closing deals. No previous insurance experience is needed; the products will be taught.

Key responsibilities

Research companies and identify potential clients.
Find and connect with HR, Admin, Finance and business decision-makers.
Reach out through LinkedIn, email, calls and WhatsApp.
Understand client requirements and help prepare proposals.
Learn how group health and life insurance works.
Coordinate meetings, presentations and product demos.
Follow up with prospects, maintain the sales pipeline and keep CRM records updated.
Support existing client relationships and renewals.
Work with the team on new sales ideas and opportunities.

Required profile

No previous insurance experience required.
Comfortable speaking to people and writing clear emails.
Able to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
Good communication and curiosity valued more than a fancy CV.
