Sales Intern - Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

SharkScale, a remote-first digital marketing agency focused on Klaviyo email marketing, email automation and LinkedIn-led marketing, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Intern in Multan. The intern supports the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients and helping present the agency's digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads and conduct outreach to potential clients
• Assist in presenting the agency's digital marketing services
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing and account management teams so client needs are aligned
• Learn and apply sales techniques, take part in training sessions and provide basic customer support

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Foundational sales and sales management skills, including lead handling, follow-ups and understanding of sales pipelines
• Willingness to train, with openness to feedback and continuous learning
• Ability to work on-site in Multan, manage time effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or interest in email and LinkedIn marketing is beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
