Sales Intern - Life Insurance

About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited, a public limited company listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Intern in Islamabad. The intern supports the sales team by helping generate leads, prepare sales presentations and maintain customer records, while learning company products, sales processes and customer service standards under the guidance of mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients under supervision and respond to basic inquiries.
• Coordinate follow-ups to support sales conversion.
• Help organize training sessions and take part in sales meetings.
• Work with mentors to learn products, sales processes and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Foundational sales and sales management skills, or a demonstrated interest in learning sales techniques and performance tracking.
• Interest in training and willingness to support learning activities.
• Proactive attitude, integrity, time management and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site corporate environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with digital tools and CRM systems.
