Sales Lead Generation Executive – Logistics

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team in the logistics sector. As a Sales Lead Generation Executive you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across importers, exporters, e‑commerce firms and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Research and identify potential customers in freight forwarding, international courier and supply‑chain services.
• Maintain and update a prospect database and ensure accurate CRM/Excel records.
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team and follow up with prospects.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales lead generation, telemarketing or business development.
• Preferably background in logistics, freight forwarding, cargo or supply‑chain.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
