Sales Manager – Automotive Trading

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the automotive trading industry.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional sales experience.
• Mandatory experience in automotive trading / used vehicle sales.
• Proven experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
• Excellent client handling and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Experience in developing sales strategies and monitoring team performance.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the automotive trading market.
