About the role

Adamjee Life, a leading life insurance and family Takaful provider in Pakistan, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join its Karachi office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of professionals to achieve the company’s targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales representatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Maintain and grow key client relationships.
• Set measurable sales targets and monitor performance against them.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyse market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or key account management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse market research and devise effective sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
