Sales Manager

About the role

Vurke Inc. is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join its Karachi office. The role focuses on driving new business, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team within the technology and IT-enabled services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven ability in lead generation, sales strategy development and revenue achievement.
• Strong client relationship management and key‑account handling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset for market research, competitive analysis and reporting.
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced environments and problem‑solving capability.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Previous experience in technology, ITES or business services is advantageous.
