Sales Manager – Montessori School

About the role

Children's House Montessori School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead student enrolment efforts. This full‑time permanent position is based on‑site at the school and focuses on building strong relationships with families while promoting the Montessori philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed student enrolment targets.
• Manage the entire admissions cycle, from initial enquiry and school tours to final registration and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing information and guidance.
• Organise and conduct engaging school tours, open days, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or admissions, preferably within an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Montessori education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrolment targets.
