Sales Manager – On‑site in Multan

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our on‑site sales team in Multan. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our digital marketing, web/app development, software/ERP, event management, and advertising services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify, qualify and nurture leads, turning prospects into long‑term clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with agency services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure client expectations are met.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Mentor team members, give feedback and foster continuous process enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, especially in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Strong background in client relationship and account management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, web/app development, and software/ERP solutions or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to set targets, analyse data and produce clear reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Multan and attend client meetings/events.
