Sales & Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Ams Advertising Company is looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth across Pakistan. This fully remote position will manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle for advertising and promotional services while collaborating with internal teams to deliver client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, outreach, referrals and digital channels.
• Present advertising and marketing solutions, prepare proposals and respond to client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage negotiations, follow‑ups, conversions and maintain accurate sales records from initial contact to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and fulfil client commitments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns, marketing content and business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular updates on pipeline progress, client activity and achieved targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or advertising services.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with confident client‑facing skills.
• Ability to create proposals, follow up consistently and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, customer acquisition and market research.
• Comfortable working with targets, performance metrics and commission‑based outcomes.
• Self‑management, time‑management, initiative and disciplined remote‑work habits.
