Sales & Office Executive

About the role

PEPINA, a Karachi‑based food and beverage brand focused on sugar‑free tea and coffee products, is looking for a reliable and energetic Sales & Office Executive. The position blends field sales activities with daily office administration, requiring independent work, regular customer visits, and coordination across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hypermarkets, supermarkets, grocery and health/organic stores across Karachi to introduce products and develop new accounts.
• Negotiate orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain regular communication with customers via phone and WhatsApp.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and visit reports.
• Manage routine office tasks, maintain customer, sales and inventory records, and handle basic documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery partners, suppliers, and service providers.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding orders.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, FMCG, retail, distribution or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good spoken English and Urdu.
• Self‑motivated, organized, responsible and comfortable making regular customer visits throughout Karachi.
• Valid driving licence and own motorcycle or car is an advantage.
