Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to turn enquiries into meetings and meetings into projects for our construction business in Multan.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and our website.
• Follow up with prospective clients and book meetings at our office or their plot.
• Monitor client WhatsApp groups regularly to ensure no message goes unanswered.
• Ensure all rates shared with clients are accurate and up to date.
• Explain our cost‑to‑cost, transparent pricing and guide clients through the client portal.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to move clients from first call to signed project.

Required profile

• Sales or client‑facing experience (construction or real estate is a plus).
• Fluent in Urdu and good spoken/written English.
• Quick on WhatsApp and comfortable with social media.
• Must be based in Multan; own transport preferred.

What we offer

• Salary PKR 40,000 per month for the first two months.
• Salary PKR 50,000 per month from the third month onward.
• Increments as the company takes on more projects.
• Working hours 11 am – 9 pm, Friday off.
