Sales Representative – Life Insurance

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Islamabad focuses on engaging potential and existing clients to understand their life insurance needs, presenting suitable products, and supporting them through the policy onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, conduct meetings and presentations, and prepare quotations.
• Follow up with clients to close sales in line with company targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and coordinate with internal departments for policy issuance.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines while working on‑site and during field visits.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build long‑term client relationships.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of insurance or banking products; prior experience in financial services is a plus.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple leads and documentation accurately.
• Comfort with on‑site work, including field visits within Islamabad and regular office attendance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to maintain digital records and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ethical, customer‑focused approach with commitment to regulatory compliance.
