Sales Representatives, Verifiers, Junior Closers & Closers

About the role

Markforth Solutions, a business process outsourcing company based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, provides lead generation, customer support and sales support for international campaigns. It is hiring Verifiers, Junior Closers and Closers for ACA, Medicare and Final Expense campaigns. These are full-time, on-site positions in Rawalpindi with evening or night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Verifiers confirm customer information, ask qualifying questions, record answers accurately and transfer eligible prospects to the right team.
• Junior Closers support sales conversations, explain approved campaign information, handle objections and follow up on records.
• Closers conduct sales conversations within campaign requirements, guide eligible prospects through the next steps and work toward performance targets.
• All roles follow campaign procedures and cooperate with verifiers and supervisors to improve campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English, active listening and clear communication; confidence speaking with U.S. customers by phone.
• Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow scripts, campaign requirements and customer consent procedures.
• Willingness to receive coaching and work toward individual and team targets.
• Availability for on-site evening or night shifts in Rawalpindi.
• Relevant ACA, Medicare or Final Expense experience is preferred; junior applicants may be considered on communication skills and willingness to learn.
