Sales Return Officer

About the role

The Sales Return Officer supports the Market Stock Freshness Manager by managing near‑expiry and excess product stock at the shopkeeper level. This role involves analysing SKU‑specific data, conducting market visits, and coordinating stock reshuffling across distribution centres.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales return activities at various distribution centres as required.
• Assist the Market Stock Freshness Manager with daily tasks related to stock freshness.
• Coordinate reshuffling activities with Sales Executives (SEs) and Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs) through written and verbal communication.
• Follow up with the sales team to ensure timely execution of stock reshuffling.
• Verify and inspect all forms, reports, and records related to product reshuffling.
• Maintain and manage data for all reshuffling and return stocks.
• Manage wholesale aging stock counts and compile monthly reshuffling/return reports.
• Adhere to SOPs for handling shop and distributor inventory and attend daily/weekly meetings with SEs and ZSMs.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business.
