Sales Specialist – Health Supplements

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness as a Sales Specialist (also called Protocol Review Specialist) and help customers transform their health by guiding them through our premium supplement offerings. This fully remote, commission‑only position focuses on turning online purchases into lasting wellness outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Sell health‑supplement products and related services to a broad range of prospects.
• Convert interested customers into loyal brand advocates.
• Maintain a pipeline of 8‑18 scheduled appointments per day and close sales ranging from $250 to $2,500.
• Leverage Tribe’s training resources and leadership mentorship to continuously improve sales techniques.
• Utilize provided tools such as Rippling and Salesforce to manage leads and track performance.

Required profile

• Hard‑working, highly driven individual who lives the Tribe core values.
• Passion for health and wellness, with or without prior sales experience.
• Self‑starter motivated by growth opportunities and the desire to excel in sales.
