About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting property units, and driving deals to closure while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Understand and analyse client requirements.
Brief clients thoroughly on relevant property units.
Provide demonstrations, conduct site visits and ensure timely closure of deals.
Follow up with clients to capture evolving requirements.
Maintain and nurture good relationships with clients.

Required profile

Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
Passion for sales and commitment to excellence and customer service.
At least 1 year of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills.
