About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and drive property sales. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable property units, and guiding prospects through demonstrations, site visits and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements to match them with appropriate property units.
• Brief clients thoroughly on relevant properties and conduct product demonstrations.
• Organise and accompany site visits, ensuring timely closure of sales deals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to capture evolving needs.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales and strong commitment to customer service.
• At least one year of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and alignment with company core values.
