Sales Specialist – Property Sales

About the role

As a Sales Specialist you will represent Zameen.com, helping clients find and purchase property units. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs and guide them through demonstrations and site visits to close deals. You will act as the face of the company, ensuring a simple and seamless experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and understand client requirements and preferences, translating them into suitable property recommendations.
• Brief clients on relevant property units, arrange demonstrations and coordinate site visits.
• Conduct client meetings, provide detailed property presentations, and follow up to track changing needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
