About the role
The Sales Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in our property portfolio. You will guide prospects through the sales process, from initial briefing to site visits and final deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property units.
- Provide thorough briefings on relevant properties and conduct demonstrations.
- Arrange and lead site visits, facilitating timely deal closures.
- Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure timely follow‑up and documentation of client interactions.
Required profile
- Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales and strong customer‑service orientation.
- At least one year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged).
- Excellent communication skills and alignment with core company values.
