Sales Team Lead - Digital Marketing (USA Market)

About the role

BizScale is looking for a results-driven Sales Team Lead with experience closing sales for USA-based digital marketing campaigns and leading a sales team. The role involves coaching the team, handling client negotiations and preparing sales reports.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Close sales for digital marketing services in the USA market.
• Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling and conversion strategies.
• Monitor team performance, sales conversions and revenue generation.
• Handle client negotiations and turn qualified leads into paying customers.
• Prepare sales reports and implement strategies to improve team performance.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience closing sales for USA-based digital marketing campaigns.
• Previous experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage team performance.
• Flexibility to work evening or night shifts aligned with the USA market.

Required skills

• Strong English communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing services and the USA market.
