Sales Trainee – Outbound BPO Role

About the role

ABS International is expanding its outbound sales team in Karachi. As a Sales Trainee you will make outbound calls to US‑based prospects, develop professional communication skills and learn real commercial sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US prospects and customers.
• Handle objections, identify sales opportunities and follow structured performance targets.
• Work with a live US CRM system.
• Receive coaching, feedback and daily performance monitoring.

Required profile

• At least 6–7 months of international calling experience (customer service, tele‑marketing, lead generation or sales).
• Excellent spoken English and confidence communicating with US customers.
• Positive, target‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn sales techniques.
• Availability Monday‑Saturday, 6 PM – 2 AM and ability to work onsite in Karachi.

Required skills

• Basic use of CRM software.
