Sales Trainer – BPO (Saddar, Rawalpindi)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our BPO team at the Saddar branch in Rawalpindi. The role involves designing and delivering training programs that boost the performance of our sales agents and enhance overall call‑center results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales training curricula tailored to BPO environments.
• Conduct classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions for new and existing agents.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs and feedback loops.
• Coach agents on sales techniques, objection handling and call handling best practices.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of BPO experience, with a focus on sales.
• Proven track record as a Sales Trainer in a call‑center or similar setting.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and call‑center operations.
