Salesforce Analyst – Revenue Operations

About the role

Overjet is looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join its Revenue Operations team. You will keep the GTM stack clean, fast, and trustworthy, working daily with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to resolve system issues and drive automation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day health of the GTM stack: triage deal desk questions, opportunity routing, approvals, and access requests across Salesforce and related tools.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues, design durable fixes (Flows, validation rules, automations, or AI‑assisted workflows), and document solutions.
• Own small‑to‑medium systems projects from intake to launch, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, documentation, and adoption.
• Run data hygiene, maintain the data dictionary, lead cleanup projects, and enforce SOPs to ensure Salesforce remains the source of truth.
• Provision users and manage permissions across GTM systems to keep new hires productive and data secure.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permission sets, and data imports in a live Salesforce org.
• Proactive problem‑solver who digs into recurring issues and implements lasting fixes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing startup environment and making decisions without fully defined specs.

Required skills

• Salesforce (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, data imports)
• Integration troubleshooting with tools such as CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, and sales engagement platforms
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Workato, Zapier, or n8n (or strong interest in AI‑assisted GTM operations)
• 2+ years in systems analysis, sales operations, or GTM technology roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
