Salesman – Kids Garments Outlet

About the role

The Kids Garments Outlet of Royal Blue Kids Wear is looking for a motivated Salesman to join the team in Gujranwala. You will work the morning shift, interacting directly with customers and helping them find the right children’s clothing. The role combines customer service, visual merchandising and sales target achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting garments and provide product advice.
• Maintain organized and visually appealing displays of kids’ clothing.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new arrivals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and current kids’ fashion trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of retail merchandising.
• Less than one year of experience is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
