SAP FICO Consultant (Onsite, Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Lahore on an onsite basis. The role involves leading end‑to‑end SAP Finance and Controlling implementations, supporting ongoing enhancements, and providing functional expertise to our finance and operations stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects, including S/4HANA Finance.
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP FI and CO configurations.
• Configure and maintain modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, CO‑PA, and tax settings.
• Drive financial process improvements, month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Manage product costing, manufacturing finance, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure seamless integration with MM and SD modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, coordinate custom developments, and lead UAT.
• Deliver end‑user training and ongoing functional support.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
• Proven experience with S/4HANA Finance projects.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, controlling, and accounting processes.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
