Search Engine Optimization Manager

About the role

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager will lead the planning and execution of SEO strategies that boost local search rankings, AI‑driven search visibility, and lead generation for our clients. Based on‑site in Multan, you will work closely with marketing and content teams to embed SEO best practices across campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical, on‑page, and off‑page improvement opportunities.
• Perform keyword research focused on local search, long‑tail queries, and AI‑search visibility.
• Optimize website content, meta data, and Google Business Profiles to improve Local Map Pack rankings.
• Develop and manage ethical link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other web‑analytics tools; generate reports and adjust tactics based on data.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all client deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to perform detailed SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to explain SEO concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects on‑site and working effectively with cross‑functional teams.
