About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Security Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The role involves coordinating dispatch operations, maintaining communication with drivers and clients, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This position is based in Faisalabad and supports operations across the UK region.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clear and constant communication with drivers and clients.
- Accurately log dispatch activities, personnel deployment, and incidents in a timely manner.
- Monitor dispatch activity and respond promptly to client and team inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during dispatch operations.
- Assist with reporting and documentation related to daily dispatch activities.
Required profile
- Dedicated and skilled individual able to handle multiple dispatch operations.
- Effective communicator with drivers and clients.
- Attention to detail for accurate logging and reporting.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary range of 55,000‑75,000.
- Monday to Friday work schedule (Saturday & Sunday off).
- Working hours from 11:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
