Seller Acquisition Manager – North (Punjab)

About the role

We are seeking a Seller Acquisition Manager for the North region to lead on‑ground seller identification, engagement, and onboarding across Punjab, focusing on Lahore and surrounding commercial hubs. This business‑development role involves building and scaling our seller base by visiting markets, understanding ecosystems, and bringing high‑potential merchants onto our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of field associates to source, onboard, and grow SKUs across categories.
• Visit wholesale markets, retail clusters, manufacturing zones, and trade events to build relationships with sellers.
• Use data and market intelligence to identify white‑space opportunities and develop acquisition plans.
• Collaborate with category management, operations, and seller success teams to ensure new sellers thrive.
• Negotiate with large distributors and monitor acquisition dashboards and pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in business development, field sales, or seller/vendor acquisition, preferably in e‑commerce or marketplace platforms.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Punjab market, its commercial geography and key wholesale markets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluent in Urdu and English, Punjabi advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a field team, setting targets and tracking KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
