Senior Account Executive – Outbound SDR (Remote Night Shift)

About the role

We develop restaurant‑focused SaaS that lets independent owners run their own online ordering, bypassing aggregators like Uber Eats and DoorDash. As a Senior Account Executive you will cold‑call U.S. and Canadian independent restaurants, educate them on the cost savings, and close the deal end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call owner‑operators of independent restaurants across the US and Canada during a fixed 10 am‑6 pm Pacific shift.
• Navigate objections, uncover current aggregator fees, and present a cost‑benefit analysis.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract without handing off leads.
• Maintain an accurate, honest pipeline and meet daily call, conversation, and deal metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with the ability to engage strangers instantly.
• Proven experience in high‑volume outbound cold calling to US/Canadian prospects.
• Resilience to rejection and ability to stay motivated throughout the shift.
• Comfort with being measured on calls made, conversations held, and deals closed.

Required skills

• Outbound sales process execution for US or Canadian markets.
• Experience selling SaaS or software solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality sector is advantageous.
