Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper - QuickBooks & Odoo

About the role

Kap Lifestyle is hiring a Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper in Lahore who can manage accounting records with strong expertise in QuickBooks, Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel. The role involves bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements, and does not involve managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the company's accounting records in QuickBooks and Odoo, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including bill entry, payments, invoicing and collections.
• Oversee general ledger and journal entries in Odoo and keep them properly documented.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements and reports from Odoo and QuickBooks for management.
• Maintain and update the chart of accounts.
• Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) to analyse data, clean it and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards, and keep financial data confidential.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience managing accounting functions such as bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable and financial reporting.
• Exceptional proficiency in QuickBooks and Odoo accounting modules.
• Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate within the company.
