Senior Accountant (ICMA/CA) - Construction Project

About the role

U.C.C (Private) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its project team in Fateh Jang, Punjab. The on-site role covers day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and compliance for the project, with accommodation and meals provided. Candidates with experience in a construction company or on a construction site are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions for the project
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers and reports
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and vouchers
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required

Required profile

• Completed ICMA/CA Inter qualification (fully cleared)
• 3 to 4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in a construction company or on a construction site preferred

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Accounting software
