Senior AI Project Manager – Generative AI & ML

About the role

NexaQuanta is looking for a Senior AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for international enterprise clients. You will own end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring AI initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Responsible AI principles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and production of LLM‑powered applications, agentic AI workflows, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Define delivery scope, milestones, dependencies, and release plans across AI, data, cloud, and application workstreams.
• Manage Agile ceremonies (sprints, reviews, retrospectives) and translate client requirements into epics, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as primary interface for international clients, conducting workshops, feasibility studies, and solution walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to set model objectives, evaluation metrics, and validation criteria (accuracy, bias, hallucination risk, latency, cost).
• Ensure compliance with NexaQuanta’s Responsible AI SDLC, including risk, fairness, and compliance reviews.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience delivering AI/ML projects or technical program management.
• Proven track record of bringing Generative AI solutions into production for enterprise clients.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities across multiple regions.
• Solid Agile project‑management experience (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
