Senior Amazon Brand Manager – PPC & Growth

About the role

GNO Partners is seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to own end‑to‑end growth for 7‑ and 8‑figure Amazon brands. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across PPC, organic ranking, pricing, and P&L optimization while collaborating with internal specialists and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Amazon PPC end‑to‑end: campaign building, optimization, budget and bid management, and performance reviews.
• Drive organic ranking through search query analysis, keyword research, and listing optimization (titles, bullets, A+ content).
• Design and test pricing, coupons, deals, and bundles to improve conversion rate and protect margins.
• Analyze brand P&L, optimize ad spend and Amazon fees, and maintain healthy contribution margins.
• Coordinate basic supply‑chain needs and resolve catalog issues that block growth.
• Provide competitive insight using DataDive and Helium10, and produce weekly action‑plan summaries.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years managing or advising Amazon brands with $3M+ annual revenue.
• Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, SQPR, organic ranking mechanics, and keyword research.
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to improve ACOS, CVR, and organic rank.
• Experience working in remote, fast‑paced environments.
