Senior Amazon Catalog Operations Manager

About the role

Invomize is seeking a Senior Amazon Catalog Operations Manager to build and lead a new Catalog Operations department. You will own the end‑to‑end catalog workflow for a large portfolio of Amazon brands across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and scale the Catalog Operations function from the ground up.
• Lead a team of 5‑8 Catalog Specialists, assigning daily and weekly tasks based on workload and priority.
• Oversee listing creation, optimization, bulk uploads and flat‑file management.
• Manage product variations, parent‑child relationships and resolve catalog structure issues.
• Monitor catalog health, recover suppressed listings and submit Plan of Action (POA) responses.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance before any content goes live.
• Coordinate with Amazon PPC and Creative teams via ClickUp to keep catalog work aligned.
• Report department performance directly to the COO and contribute to hiring, onboarding and skill development.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Amazon catalog operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage or lead a small team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, flat‑file processes and policy compliance.
• Detail‑oriented with a process‑driven mindset.
