Senior Architect

About the role

Takmeel Square is expanding its portfolio of premium commercial, residential and mixed‑use projects in DHA Bahawalpur. We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design from concept through construction, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality, sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop master plans, concept designs and a consistent design language across all projects.
• Produce detailed drawings, working documents, BOQs and construction‑ready specifications.
• Provide on‑site leadership to translate design intent into built reality while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate structural, MEP and civil consultants to achieve a coherent outcome.
• Ensure compliance with DHA bylaws, building codes, approvals and regulatory submissions.
• Introduce innovative materials, sustainable practices and modern construction methods to add value and reduce cost.
• Mentor architects and draftsmen, building a high‑performing design studio.

Required profile

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• PCATP registration (or eligibility).
• 10+ years of architectural experience with senior design responsibility on delivered projects.
• Strong portfolio of commercial and/or high‑end residential work.
• Proven ability to lead consultants and defend design decisions.
