Senior Associate I - HR Data Analytics, Dashboarding & Automation

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate I in its Human Capital (HC) practice in Karachi. The role turns HR data into trusted insights, interactive dashboards and automated solutions that improve workforce decision-making, operational efficiency and employee experience. It works across HR teams with business and technology partners to build scalable reporting, strengthen data quality and governance and automate repetitive HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse workforce data across the employee lifecycle (headcount, hiring, onboarding, performance, skills, movement and attrition) and turn it into actionable insights for HR and leadership
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports for HR KPIs, using Power Query and dimensional modelling, and validate outputs before release
• Cleanse, transform and reconcile HR data, set data-quality checks and keep documentation of sources, transformations and KPI definitions
• Handle employee data in line with confidentiality, privacy and access-control requirements
• Identify manual, high-volume HR activities and build automations with Power Automate, Power Query, Microsoft 365 and other HR technology platforms, with audit trails and exception handling
• Explore AI-enabled HR use cases with human validation and governance
• Partner with HR teams to define requirements, map processes, support user adoption and track dashboard and automation effectiveness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Practical experience in data analysis, dashboard development, business intelligence or process automation; HR/people analytics experience preferred

Required skills

• Strong Power BI, including Power Query, data modelling, DAX and dashboard design
• Advanced Excel
• Working knowledge of SQL or other query/analytics tools desirable
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate desirable
