Senior Associate – People Analytics (Performance & Feedback)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Human Capital Development team in Karachi. The role focuses on designing and managing analytics frameworks that support performance management and feedback cycles, delivering data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data architecture for performance cycles, tracking goals, mid‑year and year‑end reviews, promotions and KPI compliance.
• Produce cycle‑close analytics, including completion rates, rating distributions and benchmarking across business units.
• Administer firm‑wide feedback data, develop automated dashboards, and conduct basic sentiment analysis to highlight trends and gaps.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that integrate core HR metrics such as performance, feedback, attrition, promotions and headcount.
• Cleanse, transform and validate HR data to ensure high quality and governance compliance.
• Act as functional administrator for talent management platforms, supporting data uploads, configuration and system testing.
• Prepare concise visual decks and infographic summaries for leadership forums and firm‑wide communications.
