Senior Business Development Lead

About the role

A2 Media is looking for a hands-on Senior Business Development Lead to build stronger outreach systems, guide its existing business development team member and turn conversations into long-term client relationships. The role is remote and full-time, combining LinkedIn and targeted email outreach with prospecting, pipeline management and light team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting consultants, speakers, coaches and experts.
• Develop targeted email campaigns for video and podcast production prospects, agency partners and other potential long-term clients.
• Research, qualify and prioritize prospects based on their business potential.
• Write personalized, human-sounding outreach that does not feel scripted or spammy.
• Manage follow-ups, track conversations, maintain CRM records and help turn prospects into booked calls.
• Guide the existing BD team member, review their work and improve outreach quality.
• Work directly with the founder to refine targeting, messaging and service offers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B business development, outreach, appointment setting or client acquisition.
• Strong English communication and sound judgment.
• Ability to identify promising prospects based on business needs and potential, not just surface-level activity.
• Player-coach mindset: able to lead someone while staying actively involved in outreach.
• Bonus: experience selling agency retainers, video production, podcast production or other high-value B2B services.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and targeted email campaigns.
• Consistent pipeline management, follow-ups and reporting.
