Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Manager to drive new revenue streams and expand our client base. The role involves identifying market opportunities, managing the sales funnel and delivering compelling proposals to prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while researching new market segments.
• Manage client data in a CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date records.
• Lead online bidding initiatives and direct‑marketing campaigns across platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork and LinkedIn.
• Oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to contract signing, providing timely follow‑ups.
• Develop, implement and analyse sales and marketing tactics, preparing contracts in line with legal guidelines.
• Track sales performance, prepare invoices and ensure timely payment collection.
• Present proposals via video calls and conduct market and competitor analysis to inform pricing and product strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, bidding portals and proposal writing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage uncertainty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a technology‑focused environment.
