About the role

The Senior Client Advisor will deliver exceptional client service while driving sales and enhancing product knowledge across multiple channels. You will work closely with e‑commerce, design and operations teams to optimise the client journey and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

Provide expert product knowledge and personalised service to clients via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and track personal performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and brand alignment.
Support logistics and administrative functions as needed.

Required profile

2‑4 years of experience in client services, preferably in luxury fashion.
Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

Proficiency with ERP systems.
Experience using CRM platforms.
Knowledge of Shopify e‑commerce platform.
